You can return your order within 30 days of the original receipt date. If you are unwilling or unable to return the item within 30 days of receipt, any return will be rejected. We are not liable for missing, damaged, incorrect orders, or parts after 30 days from receipt.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition as when purchased (unaltered condition), with all original packaging, and packed in a suitable shipping container. Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons if the seals have been opened. Some health and personal care items are excluded from exchange.

Return Address & Process

Products must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service; otherwise, we will reject your return. Please have the return address confirmed by our customer service.

A valid return tracking code (showing the correct return address) must be sent to the customer support team to proceed with your refund.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and credit the original purchase price minus shipping and handling fees to the customer account within 30 days of receipt at the return center.
